New Toy

I popped to the Car Boot sale last weekend. It was really hot and there wasn't much on offer... that was until my luck changed when I got to the last row of cars and trucks. I picked up a bundle of vintage street maps and a couple of old tea tins... oh and my amazing new toy.

Isn't she a beauty?! One of my favourite car boot purchases ever and an bloody bargain! She weighs an absolute tonne... The guy who was running the stall had to carry her to the car for me and I just about managed to lift her up the stairs into the flat.

She works perfectly and looks ace in her little corner of the living room. I also did a bit of googling and found out that Imperial Typewriters were made in my home city of Leicester.

 It was meant to be and I am in luuuurrvvve.
